DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) the following words have the following meaning:
“bp” or “we” means bp Oil UK Ltd (“bp”). bp is registered in England, having its registered office at: Chertsey Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex TW16 7BP;
“BP Affiliates” means BP p.l.c. and any company which is directly or indirectly Controlled by BP p.l.c., including, but not limited to, bp;
“BPmeRewards” means the bp reward scheme which can be found here https://www.bpmerewards.co.uk/
“Control” means the ability to direct the affairs of another, whether by virtue of the ownership of shares, contract or otherwise and “Controlled” shall be construed accordingly.
“Company” means a legal entity which is an authorized company/customer/dealer of a bp Affiliate and which legal entity has an agreement agreeing to allow the User to participate in the bp Dealer Loyalty Hub Programme;
“Company Employee” means a person who is employed by the Customer (or is categorized by the Customer as having a role or responsibilities equivalent to a salesperson) and who meets the criteria set out in the Eligibility and Registration
“User“ or “you” or “your” means a person who is employed by the Company as a Company Employee;
“Programme Website” means the bp Dealer Loyalty Hub website www.bployaltyhub.co.uk;
“Rewards” shall mean the number of BPmeRewards points you have earned which are transferred to your loyalty card. GENERAL TERMS (APPLY TO ALL BP TERMS)
1. BP Loyalty Hub and bployaltyhub.co.ukis operated by BP Oil UK Limited, of Chertsey Road, Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex, TW16 7BP, registered in England and Wales under company number 00446915. Its VAT number is GB 243 5105 93. BP Oil UK Limited is the promoter of BPme Rewards and BPme Rewards cards remain its property at all times.

1.2. Additional terms may apply for other features of bp Loyalty hub. We may also cancel or change these Terms at any time. Where we add new terms, change these Terms or change or cancel these Terms, we will tell you beforehand.
1.3. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and, if you are unhappy with the transfer, you may choose to leave.
1.4. These Terms were last updated on 1st August 2024.
Eligibility and Registration
2. You must be at least 16 years old and live in the UK to register for the bp loyalty hub.
2.1. In order to participate in bp loyalty hub you must be of a dealer which operate bp’s UK retail fuel sites.
2.2. If you choose to add your BPme Rewards card when you register you will receive BPme Reward points for certain specified activities. Please see bpmerewards.co.uk/terms-and-conditions for full T&C’s.
2.3. BP’s right to reject any application by the Company Employee is final and absolute.
2.4. Registration is not deemed complete, and approved participation shall not commence, until you receive an email from us confirming your acceptance into the bp Dealer Loyalty Hub Programme and approval from an authorised person from your Company at the email address that you supplied at the time of registration.
Earning BPme Rewards Points:
3. We will endeavour to add BPme Rewards Points to your account within 28 days.
3.1. We reserve the right to correct incorrect BPme Rewards Points balances.

Offers and Incentives
4. We may run extra offers or promotions from time to time through which you can earn additional BPme Rewards Points or partner vouchers.
4.1. Winners will be notified via the email that was used when registering.
4.2. These extra offers or promotions may have additional terms, which will apply to them. We will tell you what these additional terms are before we start the offer or promotion. By participating in an offer or promotion, you will be treated as having accepted its additional terms.
Ending Your Account
5. You may choose to leave the BP Loyalty Hub at any time. If you choose to do so, please contact bployaltyhub@bp.com who will cancel your account.
5.1. If you do not log in to your account for , you will be sent an email to advise your account will be deactivated and deleted if you do not log into your account within the next calendar month. If you do not log in, you account will be deactivated. Following deactivation, the account and its data will be permanently deleted after 1 month.
BP’S DISQUALIFICATION RIGHTS
6. By entering into the Bp Dealer Loyalty Hub Programme, you acknowledge that failure to comply with the Terms will result in immediate disqualification.
DATA PRIVACY
7. Please read our Privacy Statement for full details of how we use your personal information, including how we use cookies on the Programme Website.
7.1. Your invitation to participate in the bp Dealer Loyalty Hub Programme by the Company is personal and non–transferable. You may not disclose to others any of the information that bp discloses to you or any information that is generated in the bp Dealer Loyalty Hub Programme. Your member name and password is for your personal use only. You may not disclose your password to any other person.
7.2. The maximum value of Rewards that you can earn annually will be limited to £1,000 (“Maximum Value”). If you receive Rewards equal to the Maximum Value at any point, your participation in the bp loyalty hub automatically end for the remainder of that year. bp has the right to amend the Maximum Value at any time.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship between you and us.
COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US
8. If you wish to contact bp in writing, or if any condition in these Terms requires you to give bp notice in writing, you can send this to bp by e–mail at bployaltyhub@bp.com bp will confirm receipt of this by contacting you in writing, normally by e–mail.
8.1. If BP has to contact you or give you notice in writing, bp will do so by e–mail to the address that you provided to bp at the time of registration.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
9. You acknowledge and agree that in addition to entering into these with us, you will also enter into a legal contract with BPmeRewards in relation to the use of your Hub Points and spending your Rewards with your BPMeRewards card.
9.1. bp may transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or BP’s obligations under the Terms.
9.2. Each of the conditions of the Terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
9.3. The Terms and any document expressly referred to in it constitute the entire agreement between bp and you. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of bp which is not set out in the Terms, or any document expressly referred to in it.
9.4. bp reviews the Terms regularly and may modify them from time to time. bp will place any updates on the Programme Website. By continuing to use the Programme Website after such changes have been made, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accepted the changes.
9.5. The bp name and logo are registered trademarks of BP p.l.c. All other trademarks, get–up product names, titles, domain names and company names or logos used solely in relation to the bp Dealer Loyalty Hub Programme or on the Programme Website are the property of either their respective owners, BP, a BP Affiliate or BP p.l.c. No permission or licence (whether express or implied) is hereby granted regarding the use of any such trademarks, get–up, product names, titles, domain names, company names or logos, and such use may constitute infringement of the holder’s rights.
9.6. The parties are entering into the Terms in their own name and on their own behalf on the basis of their own analysis and fully understand and agree with the rights and obligations (including the risks associated therewith) under the Terms.
9.7. Any provision of the Terms that expressly or by implication is intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination or expiry of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
9.8. The Terms are made for the benefit of the parties to it and are not intended to benefit, or be enforceable by, any other person.
9.9. The Terms and all disputes and claims arising out of it, or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non–contractual disputes or claims), are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that arises out of or in connection with the Terms or its formation (including non–contractual disputes or claims).
